Person Directed Planning

MASP staff assist clients to think about the things they want to do in their lives and what supports they might need to make these things happen.
Clients are assisted to think about what supports they require from friends and family, services offered to the general community or from disability specific services.

MASP helps clients develop life and support plans that are individualized, flexible, directed by the person with a disability, considerate and respectful of the person’s family and other people who are important to the person with a disability, maximise the choice and independence of the person with a disability and tailored to the goals and needs of the person with a disability.
