MASP is seeking to employ a Family Reconciliation Worker within the Housing Access team. The successful candidate will assist young people aged 16 -18 years who are homeless, or at risk of homelessness, to resolve conflict and re-establish relationships with their families/caregivers. The successful candidate will posses experience with case management, conducting mediation, conflict resolution and in-home/outreach support.
